Yes. TFA works. Yes. KIPP works. Yes. Schools need some serious reform.
But let's be honest. Until we can get rid of the politics and crap, some "good teachers" will be fired under the veil that they are "bad teachers." Just because
a) They have opinions
b) They have principals who don't like them
c) They say things that are unsavory
So we must learn how to protect those good teachers too. Because, let's be honest, my ass might be on the line because I generally tend to piss people off. But I'm so good at doing it....
