This case is REALLY crucial in the Supreme Court on so many levels.

When is protesting not protected by the First Amendment even when you follow all of the ordinances?

But on the other hand, can we really protect hate speech?

Oh how this case is decided is going to have major repercussions when it comes to hate speech. And really, for this schoolteacher, I would love if hate speech were not protected. Especially this kind of hate speech. My kiddos don't believe this is hate at all...at least now I could show them that it is. And we won't tolerate it in America.
