I talked to L sober today, as she was driving back to CMU from MSU, and made sure that the bachelorette party did not kill the bride. We were laughing about what happened last night, and talking about the upcoming week.
L: "I'll be lucky to fit into my bridesmaid dress."
Me: "Well, just don't eat this week."
L: "Yeah, I'm going to do Slimfast."
Me: "Good plan."
L: "Yeah, I'll do a shake for breakfast and lunch, and then I don't know what to do about dinner."
Me: "Well, you could always try Crest Whitestrips. That's a whole hour a day you can't eat anything."
What scares me is that I have no problem with that conversation.
