I don't like this.
For various reasons.
Mostly the fact that the principal though he could hire 1 master teacher, and put 3 other novices in the room with 60 children, and it would be okay. It would not make the master teacher crazy. It would not overwhelm the other teachers.

Obviously, doing something like this is a bad idea - thinking that new teachers will be able to figure out how to collaborate with 3 other colleagues. And teach when 40 children are running amuk.
